We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School Discord.

Spell Crafters are the Tech Team for the server. They are members who have experience with coding in JavaScript and working with the discord.js and discord.js-commando libraries. They help with debugging and coding new commands for HogwartsBot and Hedwig.

Quidditch Team members are the Events Team for the server. They are responsible for hosting games and events for the server.
Quidditch Team members are required to host four one-hour games or events per month.

Professors are members who have fully created a published class for the server.
Class Prep members are members who are currently creating classes for the server.
Class Prep members are required to create classes as requested in a timely manner, as well as keep up-to-date on completing their current year classes.

Secret Keepers are the Partnership Managers for the server. They are responsible for responding to partner requests, and searching for new servers for us to partner with.
Secret Keepers are required to create four new partnerships per month.

Social Media Team members assist with finding content to add to our social media sites. Social Media Team members are required to find Harry Potter themed content in multiple areas, including memes, articles, videos and quizzes.
Social Media Team members are required to find four pieces in each area per month.

Creative Team members are responsible for creating original content for our social media sites. This content is typically themed to a specific purpose, including various holidays (real, Harry Potter, and social), birthdays, and special events.
Creative Team members are required to contribute two original pieces per month.
